Job Summary
Execute the full client life cycle as a single point of contact, focusing on treasury management and deposit requests. Respond to and resolve client inquiries while providing expert guidance on loans, commercial, and personal accounts. Drive client satisfaction by analyzing client patterns to identify cross-selling opportunities and promoting bank products. Own information flow and communication for technical and operational processes, ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Foster strong relationships with leadership across divisions while meeting service level standards and exceeding cross-selling goals. Participate in department training to augment banking knowledge and support leadership business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field
- High school diploma
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management and other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
