Job Summary
Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value customers across multiple branches by proactively identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and lending products, and sourcing referrals through outside calling and Centers of Influence. Educate clients on optimizing online and mobile banking technology while adhering to all operational, security, and regulatory policies. Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive service, demonstrating acumen in sales, relationship management, and investment strategies. Build and retain strong internal partnerships by referring customers to other bank areas. Requires a high school diploma, two years of banking sales experience, and three FINRA licenses (Series 6/7, 63/66, State Life/Health, or SIE), with remaining licenses obtainable within 120 days. Exempt status applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
- Emphasis on investment or lending and sales experience
- 3 of the following 5 licenses in an active status: Series 6 or 7; Series 63 or 66; State Life and Health Insurance License; SIE – Securities Industry Essentials
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales with an emphasis on investment or business lending and business sales experience
- Ability to drive sales and manage a book of business
- Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships
- Demonstrates acumen in banking, investments, lending, sales, customer service, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- Knowledge of deposit products
