Job Summary
Preferred Admin role overseeing inventory processing as the point of contact, updating inventory/order data, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs. Requires strong data-entry and Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, occasional extended hours and weekends, ability to stand and carry up to 25 lbs, and flexibility to work across multiple local facilities. The position is full-time with overtime as needed, temporary for 60 days with potential to become permanent, based in Cerritos, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Adequate English written and verbal communications
- Ability to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed
- Basic data entry skills
- 1+ years’ experience in order fulfillment or inventory control
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
