Prefabrication Site Manager-Miller Electric Company

Coordinate the delivery and installation of fabricated electrical products on schedule while maintaining contact with VDC coordinators, shop leaders, and field project teams. Provide project-specific input for constructability to planners, modelers, detailers, and the fabrication team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Oversee on-site supervision to align design, budget, and schedule, actively interfacing with customers to validate expectations. Plan and manage activities for the fabrication installation team, offering innovative solutions and developing sequential operation procedures. Facilitate relationships between field teams and VDC/fabrication groups, attend weekly coordination meetings, and delegate field requests as necessary. Proactively lead job site safety and mentor junior personnel toward development goals.
