Job Summary
The Prefabrication Shop Manager will lead daily operations in pipe prefabrication, ensuring seamless coordination between shop and field while driving a zero-injury culture and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in manufacturing, and the ability to optimize production processes. Candidates should have significant experience in construction or manufacturing management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years in construction or manufacturing OR Associate Degree with 9+ years OR Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years
- Proven supervisory experience in fabrication, industrial construction, or operations
- Deep understanding of OSHA and current safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6
- Experience with accounting software
