Prefabricated Wall Technician

Job Summary
Assemble wall panel components following blueprints and guided directions while operating commercial equipment, power tools, and lifting gear. Haul finished structures to assigned job sites and maintain a clean, safe workspace compliant with OSHA standards. Keep accurate timecards and job paperwork. This role requires physical exertion including lifting up to one hundred pounds occasionally and frequently up to fifty pounds, along with stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motion. Reports to the Prefabricated Wall Foreman. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of use and the ability to maintain and operate power tools, hand tools, mechanical, building, carpentry, and lift equipment
- Read and understand construction plans as well as tape measure readings
- Must be able to exert up to one hundred pounds of force occasionally, and/or up-to fifty pounds of force frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in framing or carpentry preferred, but not required
