Job Summary
Predictive Reliability Tech responsibilities include lubrication and preventive maintenance on power transmissions and rotating equipment, operating heavy industrial machinery, performing lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishing per best practices, and contributing to formulation of lubrication standards and procedures. Must have knowledge of lubrication best practices and Predictive/Maintenance procedures, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Role requires flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends; includes safety compliance, quality and administrative duties, and potential Ultrasonic Emissions training. Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and ability to work with time-tracking and work orders are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be or be able to be certified as MLT Level 1 Lubrication Technician.
- Five years’ experience in industrial maintenance/lubrication preferred.
- AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred., but not required.
