Job Summary
Oversee Technical Asset Evaluation, Regulatory Entitlement, Lease Integration, and Strategic Vendor Management teams to manage systematic identification of site constraints, regulatory hurdles, and infrastructure requirements. Ensure seamless transition from site selection to construction commencement while maintaining financial transparency and de-risking assets for lease and tenant build-out. Provide line management for staff, including coaching and mentoring, and lead design project management for infrastructure projects in the United States and Canada. Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. Full-time role with on-site presence subject to client needs. Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering required with 10-15 years of relevant construction industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience working in a construction management role in the construction industry
- ideally for a real estate developer
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Bluebeam, and construction project management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- On-site presence
