Job Summary
Conduct scheduling, preconstruction, and estimating tasks for construction projects. Apply knowledge of basic construction phases and mathematics functions to support project planning. Utilize computer skills including Primavera P6, MS Office, and Bluebeam for daily deliverables. Work as a current student pursuing a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields. Earn $25/hour during the Spring/Summer (March–September) or Fall/Winter (September–March) co-op period.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects
- Knowledge of mathematics functions (geometry, basic algebra)
- Computer skills (Primavera P6, MS Office, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Background Check Required
