Job Summary
Lead all Phase 1 Progressive Design-Build services from procurement through commercial validation and successful transition into Phase 2 construction. Serve as the primary liaison between the Owner, Designer of Record, engineering consultants, and internal operations teams to ensure projects are delivered with exceptional planning, collaboration, cost certainty, and risk management. Drive design management, estimating, scheduling, procurement strategies, constructability, value engineering, and Guaranteed Maximum Price development while fostering collaborative relationships with clients and executive management. Manage large-scale heavy civil and infrastructure projects utilizing Progressive Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk delivery methods. This full-time position offices in Baton Rouge, LA.
