Job Summary
Oversee daily project operations, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and resolving potential delays. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow, and assist in maintaining documentation, reports, and meeting notes. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts; participate in meetings with clients and internal teams; and support quality control processes to ensure standards are met. Manage resource coordination and cost tracking for commercial construction projects across healthcare, K-12, and educational sectors. This role supports Project Managers in delivering complex, impactful projects within a collaborative environment focused on safety and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination or management support
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, or institutional construction projects preferred
- Experience with Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) project delivery
- Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking tools
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams
- OSHA or construction safety knowledge
