Job Summary
Lead the team in developing RFP strategy, outlining preconstruction plans including schedules and logistics through site visits and GC studies. Drive the preconstruction process by participating in Owner meetings, reviewing project documents for constructability, and developing detailed schedules with critical milestones. Engage key project members to incorporate feedback into deliverables while maintaining regional standards for all preconstruction activities and systems. Provide oversight to ensure commitments made in preconstruction are followed through during construction, collaborating with field operations and permit coordinators. Assist in developing regional best practices and reporting on logistical constraints and opportunities for schedule and quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of preconstruction, construction and scheduling experience
- Proven ability to manage the entire project management construction cycle profitably and with strong client outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field
- 5 – 10 years of experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Procore Management
- Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future
