Job Summary
Lead preconstruction efforts from conceptualization to finalization by utilizing Revit software for detailed 3D modeling and simulations. Conduct site visits to gather critical data, collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project scope, budgets, and timelines, and prepare comprehensive reports including cost estimates and risk assessments. Provide technical guidance to project teams, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes. Maintain accuracy through thorough analysis while staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a guaranteed 40-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or E.I.T license
- Proficiency in Revit software with demonstrated experience in 3D modeling and simulation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Proven track record of successfully managing preconstruction projects from conception to completion
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
