HITT Contracting is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Washington DC, responsible for estimating services from initial intent to construction documents pricing, with 5-7 years of experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of related work experience
- Two (2) years in estimating
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe products, including Bluebeam
- Experience with Building Connected
