Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, construction management, or general contracting
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and commercial real estate development
- Familiarity with permitting, building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills in budgeting, estimating, and cost analysis
