Preconstruction Manager - High Voltage Infrastructure

Lead the design phase team in planning, estimating, and delivering high-voltage substation and distribution projects. Translate owner’s vision and project requirements into constructible design solutions within defined scope, budget, and schedule. Provide direction on construction means, methods, materials, and logistics for design documentation. Coordinate efforts with trade partners and ensure design documents incorporate recommendations and expectations. Manage estimating processes, including cost documentation, value engineering, and life-cycle analysis. Mentor and evaluate design phase engineers, fostering career development and technical growth.
