Job Summary
Preconstruction Manager, responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of project preconstruction phases to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding. Locations include Cleveland, OH. Preferred LEED AP certification and OSHA 30-hour; 8+ years’ experience in preconstruction on Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects; degree in construction-related curriculum preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in a Preconstruction position successfully completing Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects
- Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum
- Preferred achievement of LEED AP
- OSHA 30 hour certification preferred
