Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary
The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for initiating and cultivating new business as well as maintaining relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Key duties include estimating and budgeting projects, performing pre-construction services, and preparing proposals. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company's Ethos, analyze complex documents, and manage time effectively. Expected qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related experience in commercial construction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years’ experience in commercial construction
- Experience in a variety of marketing and/or sales functions
Desired Qualifications
- LEED Accreditation
- Other industry related certifications
