Job Summary
Preconstruction Manager - Estimating will coordinate technology-related design and construction efforts to meet company standards, perform constructability reviews, provide project management and client coordination for technology projects, and act as the subject-matter expert for Division 27/28 low voltage systems to integrate technology scopes of work. Responsibilities include supporting design and install of structured cabling, DAS, LAN/WAN, IP systems, nurse call, video surveillance, BAS, fire alarm and other networked systems; developing, testing, and presenting system concepts to clients; budgeting, scheduling (Oracle Primavera/Primavera Cloud), and market-integrated building solutions; collaborating with technical and SME resources to produce system documentation; and ensuring alignment with company guidelines. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as RCDD, CCNA, CCDA, RTPM. This senior role requires strong communication, teamwork in a mobile work environment, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years industry experience coordinating low voltage technology projects including the listed skills and abilities
- OSHA 30 training certificate
- Confined space training certificate
- Minimum of one (1) year’s experience in services, construction, maintenance and operations contracts
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
