Job Summary
Manage preconstruction services for internal and external clients by reviewing existing project progress to ensure completion within established preconstruction scope. Coordinate resources and processes to support quality delivery, reporting directly to the Preconstruction Director and VP of Preconstruction. Requires 9+ years of full-time industry experience, including 7+ years in commercial construction estimating and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Full-time position located in Tampa, FL, with a competitive base salary and bonus program. Required Qualifications
- 9+ years full time relevant industry experience
- 7+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of Value Management processes
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint
- Bachelor's Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
