Job Summary
Preconstruction Manager role in central Minnesota responsible for assisting in preliminary budgets, drafting, estimating, coordinating, and maintaining the estimating system; directing project activities to achieve quality and quantity targets; maintaining professional communication with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers; developing future business opportunities; collaborating with Architects, Owners, Inspectors, and Subcontractors to meet specifications and code requirements; preparing job schedules to complete projects on time; ensuring compliance with company policies; interpretation of construction contracts, plans, and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years experience as an Estimator or Project Manager
- High School Diploma
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering (Preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
