Preconstruction Manager

Job Summary
Lead post-award activities from preferred bidder through EPC agreement execution, LNTP/FNTP, and handover to Operations; own EPC Agreement negotiations in partnership with Legal, Business Development, and Leadership; drive procurement buy-out, constructability reviews, risk reviews, and execution planning to deliver a safe, predictable, and profitable project; coordinate with procurement for PSAs and POs, ensure alignment of contract terms with budget and schedule, and develop a complete project plan for Operations including vendor/subcontractor selections and handover; enable continuous improvement through change-order reviews and capture lessons learned for future bids.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of EPC contracts, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proficient in budget and cash flow analysis.
- Solar EPC construction management experience highly preferred.
