Preconstruction Estimator

Develop conceptual and preliminary estimates using market intel to identify pricing risks and support client site selection decisions. Lead early planning sessions to align scope, budget, and feasibility while acting as the liaison between Preconstruction, Operations, and project teams. Build detailed cost models incorporating soft costs, logistics, and contingencies to track accuracy from budget through contract completion. Maintain a pulse on labor markets and material trends to flag constructability concerns early, while championing continuous improvement by refining tools, processes, and standard operating procedures. Requires 5+ years of construction estimating experience, proficiency in Procore and Excel, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
