Job Summary
Lead preconstruction efforts from concept through GMP in Design-Build and CM at Risk environments. Responsibilities include conceptual and schematic budgeting, design-phase cost modeling, value engineering strategy, trade partner engagement and scope alignment, risk identification and mitigation planning, GMP development and cost presentation, and transition coordination into operations. Drive project trajectory to protect financial performance before ground is broken.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Design-Build and/or CM at Risk experience
- Commercial construction background in Florida
- Strong conceptual estimating and cost modeling capability
- Experience leading architect and consultant coordination
- Established South Florida trade relationships
- Confident decision-maker who protects margin and schedule
- Demonstrated employment stability
