Job Summary
Direct the work for assigned regions by leading research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential markets. Develop area marketing plans and goals while cultivating relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive new business. Perform pre-construction services including estimating, budgeting, and constructability reviews for conceptual and lump sum bid projects. Coordinate value analysis workshops, solicit vendor quotations, and guide bid teams on complex packages. Prepare unit quantity surveys, cost models, and proposal materials while ensuring accuracy and completeness of all estimates.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar or an MBA or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10-15 years' experience in commercial construction
