Preconstruction Director

Direct research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential markets, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Develop area marketing plans, estimate conceptual and lump sum bid projects, and perform pre-construction services including constructability reviews, value analysis workshops, and unit quantity surveys. Solicit vendor quotations, evaluate scopes, and guide bid team assignments to ensure estimate accuracy. Cultivate relationships with owners and design firms to assist in systems selections and budgeting. Coordinate proposal materials and attend owner meetings to determine project scope. Manage complex packages and prioritize workload based on bid timing and corporate goals.
