Job Summary
Support the pre-contract design and sales process by participating in meetings with owners and design teams to ensure preliminary drawings, schematic plans, and conceptual renderings are delivered on time. Create and revise site plans and floor plans, develop exterior and interior renderings using SketchUp, and clearly communicate design intent to clients. Coordinate with the Design Consultant and Senior Estimator to align drawings with budget expectations, assist in preparing contracts and Solution Letters, and maintain project design schedules. Keep upper management informed on progress and accurately archive bid files while identifying potential challenges early. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of drafting or design experience
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp Pro
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a physical and drug screening
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some flexibility to work around school or class schedules if attending further education
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Enscape plug-in experience
- AutoCAD and/or Revit experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate issues from multiple perspectives
