Job Summary
Provide cross-functional program management support across PCO, BAS, SW, and DSP to enable effective planning, alignment, execution, and communication of activities for development programs. Independently deliver comprehensive program management support, facilitate development and execution of nonclinical cross-functional plans and timelines, monitor progress against approved plans, identify risks and issues, lead sub-teams, build strong working relationships with stakeholders, maintain accurate program information in planning tools, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives through proposing and implementing solutions. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of project or program management experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, tools, and systems
