Job Summary
Operate and maintain manual grinding machines to grind tooling components to exact specifications. Inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure top-notch accuracy. Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance under the direction of the Production Supervisor. Work the 1st shift from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available. Requires a high school diploma, one year of manufacturing experience, shop math capabilities, and a mechanical mindset for using grinding machinery. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Shop math capabilities to calculate dimensions & tolerance
- Mechanical mindset with the ability to use grinding machinery
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
