Job Summary
Lead programmatic campaigns end-to-end: plan, flawlessly execute, optimize, and deliver spend forecasts; develop industry-leading technology to facilitate 1:1 audience communication; collate campaign performance insights beyond top-line metrics; manage client targets and collaborate with external partners (publishers) to plan, buy, and optimize media buys; oversee in-depth analysis of display, video, and audio campaigns, driving KPI attainment and cross-functional alignment; mentor and develop a team while coordinating across regions and internal teams for global consistency; bring strong knowledge of DV360 and Google Ads and experience running large-scale multi-country campaigns; operate within a hybrid UK office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience agency-side or client-side working on programmatic campaigns with DV360 and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse raw data and develop actionable recommendations
- High attention to detail with understanding of optimisation levers across platforms
- Experience running display and video audience testing (e.g. A/B testing, video experiments)
- Experience with implementing Brand Lift measurement across DSPs and other media owners
