Role focuses on reviewing patient clinical data, developing precision medicine strategies, supporting navigators and clinicians, educating patients on genetic testing, guiding engagement with clinical trials, and ensuring high-quality precision medicine services through effective communication and education to patients and care teams.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's plus three years of experience in a clinically relevant area of study
- Scientific writing skills
- Excellent research skills
- Empathetic listener with experience working directly with patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of medical ontologies and/or experience with medical claims is preferred
- A strong understanding of precision medicine principles, genetic testing, and genomic data interpretation is also preferred
- Keen ability to focus on process improvement
