Job Summary
Perform precision deburring and hand finishing on machined aerospace components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and abrasives to remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections. Read engineering drawings and work instructions, then inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Report quality concerns immediately and maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety policies. Work closely with Production and Quality teams to support on-time delivery. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous deburring, hand finishing, polishing, or precision assembly experience
- Experience working in a precision manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards
