Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA strongly preferred
- 20+ years of progressively senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience in highly regulated, quality-intensive manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations with varied product lines
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma proficiency
- P&L responsibility at senior operations level
