Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based settings using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as part of a clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. All positions start part-time with paid training and no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Paid training provided
- No experience required
- Need to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Reliable transportation
