Job Summary
Assemble, align, test, and configure small form factor optical, electronic, and mechanical components to meet required tolerances while recording touch times and maintaining traceability. Inspect parts for conformance to purchased prints and assist in optimizing components, processes, and designs for next-generation products. Perform laser marking, cutting, and welding as needed while troubleshooting quality assurance issues and contributing to continuous improvement. Work in a clean room environment following released procedures and assembly drawings.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years working as an assembler in a manufacturing business
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively

- The ability to lift 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with various measuring instruments
