Job Summary
Execute assembly work utilizing lean principles to produce FDA-regulated devices in a controlled environment. Perform tasks including gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, and welding with hand tools and pneumatic presses while evaluating small parts quality. Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions and inform supervisors of production, parts, or process issues. Adhere to safety protocols, complete documentation, and support LEAN operations through safety observations and board updates. Work the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, at $16–$18.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment
- Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 2nd shift availability
- Monday - Friday schedule
- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift times
- Monday - Thursday shift availability
- 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM shift times
