Job Summary
Perform assembly work utilizing lean principles to produce FDA regulated devices, including gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, and welding with hand tools and pneumatic presses. Learn detailed work instructions, handle and evaluate small parts quality, and troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions. Inform supervisors of production, parts, equipment, or process problems while promoting safety through standard observations and hour-by-hour board updates. Complete documentation meeting quality assurance requirements. Work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday in a controlled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
- Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment
- Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 2nd shift availability
- Monday - Friday schedule
- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift times
- Monday - Thursday shift availability
- 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM shift times
