Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate the execution of John Deere Precision Ag strategy for assigned locations, including machine, logistics, and decision support. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to mainstream product knowledge, engage with employees and customers to ensure agronomic benefits are understood, and develop content for customer training events. Align with customer trusted advisors on shared solutions projects and foster third-party partnerships. Work with customers to ensure quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up, and delivery of third-party recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with AMS Product operations and/or Precision Ag Consulting
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or Agriculture Mechanization
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to identify existing/emerging customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
