Job Summary
Precious Metals Controller to oversee the tracking, reporting, and management of precious metals across recycling and product operations. Track, analyze, and report on business line performance related to precious metals usage, recovery, and recycling; ensure data integrity within ERP systems (SAP); design and enhance dashboards for real-time visibility into metal flows, inventory, and recovery rates; manage inventory movements and balances across production, logistics, and warehouse operations; identify process improvements, support internal/external audits, and enable operational and financial decision-making across chemical production and recycling segments.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in controlling, finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
