Job Summary
Precast Laborer responsible for designing and building forms, pouring concrete, spreading and smoothing, applying stains and sealants to finish the concrete, and applying waterproofing. Must follow OSHA and H&K safety policies, read and follow specifications, and perform finishing work with trowels and related tools. Duties include setting up and handling forms, reinforcing with wire mesh, monitoring curing, and ensuring durable finishes. Requires ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks; strong communication and ability to understand instructions; training and/or prior experience in concrete work. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One month of related experience and/or training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- High school diploma
- Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands
- Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials
- Ability to measure accurately and read specifications
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
