Job Summary
Lead design and execution of structural concrete systems for complex construction projects. Design and analyze precast/prestressed concrete elements including beams, columns, wall panels, and foundations. Prepare and review engineering calculations, shop drawings, and erection documents for accuracy and constructability. Coordinate with detailing, production, and field teams to ensure alignment between design intent and fabrication/installation. Support RFIs, submittals, and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support during production and erection, including troubleshooting and value engineering efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 8+ years of experience in precast/prestressed concrete design
- Strong understanding of PCI standards, structural analysis, and connection design
