Job Summary
Install low voltage communication, security, audio, and central vacuum wiring within new residential and multi-family construction. Place cans, boxes, and HUBs along with ground wire and fire seal as necessary. Terminate and test voice, data, video, audio equipment, and security devices at distribution locations and residence jacks. Read schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine materials and assembly instructions. Minimum 2 years low voltage experience required; high school education and ability to lift 50+ lbs. Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check for DCJS License, and be authorized to work in the United States. Reports to Builder Manager in the Builder Division.

- Works well with hand and power tools
- Previous experience in low voltage communication installation in residential construction

- working knowledge of tools and test equipment typically used in the communication construction industry
