Job Summary
Analyze contractor budgets and contracts, determine their suitability for residential projects, and evaluate project feasibility by reviewing plans, budgets, contracts, appraisals, and surveys against loan amounts. Verify contractor credentials by assessing past performance, financial stability, and risk factors; identify potential risks related to insurance coverage, licensing, and regulatory compliance; make informed recommendations on contractor approvals, denials, or required conditions. Follow up with clients to collect missing documents to ensure a smooth approval process. Strong written and verbal communication in English, with attention to detail, and the ability to respond to clients professionally and efficiently. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective business email etiquette, and a minimum of 30 wpm typing speed.
