Job Summary
Pre-Testing Event for Structural Fitters and Pipe Fitters. Labor One Marine & Industrial Services will conduct a PRE-TESTING Event for Structural Fitters and Pipe Fitters for multiple projects. Sign up in person at 12 Sam Perl Blvd., Brownsville, TX 78520. Testing is held every Thursday from 8 AM to 2 PM. Project locations include Texas and Florida. Attendees must fill out a Testing Application in person, bring a valid ID, and bring proper PPE (hard hat, welding hood, welding gloves, clear safety glasses, hearing protection) and the required tools (structural fitter or pipe fitter tool lists). Required Qualifications
- Fill out a Testing Application in person
- Bring a valid ID
- Must bring proper PPE and Tools
- Required PPE- Hard Hat; Welding hood w/flip lens that connects to hard hat; Welding gloves; Clear Safety glasses; Hearing protection
- Required Tools for Structural Fitter – 25’ tape measure; Striker; Tri-Square or speed square; Burning Glasses;
- Required Tools for Pipe Fitter – 25’ tape measure; 2’ Level; 8” or 12” crescent wrench; Striker; Small ball peen hammer; 24” framing square
