Job Summary
Unlicensed Pre-T Nurse Aide role in the nursing department during NATCEP-backed training. Responsibilities include responding to call lights, delivering meals and beverages, assisting with patient beds and laundry, stocking linens, organizing patient drawers, setting dining tables, passing trays, and providing one-on-one companionship. The position operates under NATCEP; after completing nurse aide classes and clinical work, the team member becomes a Nurse Aide in Training (NAT). The role intentionally does not involve direct patient care during the training period and must culminate with licensure as a STNA within a 4-month window, with termination or reassignment if licensure is not achieved. The facility is an EOE/M/F/D/V and Smoke-Free Workplace.
