Pre-Service/Pre-Cert Representative- Patient Registration, Full-Time, Bridgeton

Pre-Service/Pre-Cert Representative is responsible for ensuring outpatient insurance requirements are completed before a patient’s scheduled appointment, validating insurances via HDX or insurance portals, and obtaining authorizations via Recondo or hospital authorizations on behalf of physician practices prior to procedures or testing. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in hospital registration or physician office insurance verification, with familiarity in Navinet, Medicaid, Medicare. Skills include strong customer service, organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, computer proficiency, and typing 30-40 WPM.
