Job Summary
Conduct tax interviews with clients and provide IRS audit support, attending audits as needed. Increase retention of all clients and generate business growth by supporting business-to-business sales activities. Offer additional products and services while further developing tax expertise and mentoring teammates. Requires successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course, experience completing individual returns, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. This role involves working in a fast-paced customer service environment with availability to work in multiple locations and multiple hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience completing individual returns
- Tax planning and audit support
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
