Job Summary
Conduct tax interviews with clients, increase retention, and offer additional products and services. Generate business growth by supporting business-to-business sales activities and provide IRS audit support, attending audits as needed. Further develop tax expertise while mentoring and supporting teammates. This role requires experience completing individual returns, tax planning, and audit support, along with strong communication skills. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course is required. Additional experience is acquired through training upon hiring. Candidates must be available to work in multiple locations and hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience completing individual returns
- Tax planning and audit support
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course1

- Knowledge and experience with a Windows-based computer system
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
