Job Summary
Pre School Special Needs Teacher responsible for developing and delivering instruction aligned with WV Content Standards, using 21st Century technology to support learning, delivering rigorous instruction, and collaborating with special education staff to modify curricula. Responsibilities include planning lessons, assessing student learning, supporting students with IEPs, planning and supervising teacher aides/volunteers, communicating with parents and the school community, participating in staff development, maintaining professional standards, and fostering a classroom environment conducive to learning while following district and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid teaching certificate licensing the individual to teach in the specializations and grade levels pursuant to WV Code §18A-3-2.
