Job Summary
Pre-Sales Support Engineer to bridge EAI R&D and external engagements through technical demonstrations, solution validation, deployment support, and business enablement. Responsibilities include equipment procurement and sourcing, end-to-end system deployment of demonstration units and showrooms, maintenance of demo hardware, software deployment and flashing, design and execution of engaging demonstration scripts, collaboration with Sales and Business Development for client visits and VIP tours, and a feedback loop to Product Development. Required 3+ years in pre-sales support, technical support, application engineering, hardware deployment, or product demonstration/validation; hands-on hardware-software integration; Linux/Ubuntu proficiency; strong presentation and communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Preferred: ROS/ROS2, Python, robotics data analysis tools; experience managing exhibition booths/showrooms; bilingual English and Mandarin. Salary range $95,000 - $110,000 DOE; benefits included.
